What is the deadline?

We offer free shipping worldwide!

Average transit times:

  • United States: 4 to 9 days.
  • United Kingdom, Netherlands, Australia, Canada: 7 to 15 days.
  • International: 10 to 25 days (depending on the country).

We are committed to providing the best shipping experience possible, constantly looking for ways to speed up deliveries. However, there are circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, adverse weather conditions and unforeseen events, that may result in shipping delays. Although most packages arrive within the estimated time frame, possible delays and problems faced by our carriers may occur.


While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we take full responsibility for investigating any delays or problems, and will work diligently to minimize any inconvenience caused. Your satisfaction is our priority.


I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?


Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.


Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. The tracking number will be available once the product has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. Can I cancel my order or edit my delivery address?


Yes, it is possible, but there is a small 6-hour window of opportunity to cancel or adjust an order before it ships. To request cancellation, send an email to contact@nanocute.com, including all order information such as order number, full name and email. The subject of the email MUST be: "ORDER ADJUSTMENT NEEDED". Outside of these conditions, we will not be able to fulfill your request.
